Devices can be shipped in using the following method (See Below for Rates):
Please note: If your package does not contain your Email, Phone#, Name, and Full Return Shipping Address, it is incomplete and may delay your recovery. Many packages received are missing identifying information.
On a piece of paper write or print your Name, Company Name if applicable, Phone Number, Email, and Full Return Shipping Address. Include a mobile ph# if you want text updates. Please include this in the box you ship to me.
Mark your drive(s) with your ID. If sending a good (target) drive please mark drives SOURCE and TARGET.
IMPORTANT! If drive is an External in a USB, NAS, or any other type of enclosure, PLEASE include the enclosure and all parts such as cables, power supply, and ALL internal parts if you have opened the enclosure yourself. Recovery may be delayed if you fail to include these items. Include ALL passwords, credentials, and any other information for password protected, encrypted, or otherwise access restricted media.
Package your drive well in bubble wrap so that it can withstand being dropped by the shipper. Once your data is recovered it will need to be returned on a new drive. You can include the new drive in the box or I will sell you one at retail cost.
I recommend USPS Flat Rate Medium box for shipping. Be certain to include ALL of your contact information including Name, Email, Address, and Phone Number inside the box.

Colorado Springs, CO 80918 USA
COMMUNICATION: Performing data recovery without you, the client, present in the room to evaluate the outcome requires that you be responsive to emails and inquiries. If you do not reply to inquires in a timely manner it may significantly delay your recovery as responsive clients' cases are moved ahead of yours.
QUALIFYING DRIVES: SATA, SAS, IDE, USB, SSD (NVMe, M.2., U.2 Enteprise, etc): Conventional hard drives must be spinning, not clicking or beeping and should be detectable. Solid State drives should, at a minimum, be detected by a computer. Although this is not mandatory, drives which detect are more likely to be recoverable. Drives which are clicking, beeping, or not spinning can be sent to the lab at the link below for reduced cost recovery.
DOA / DARK drives with zero electrical activity may have a failed printed circuit board (PCB). Recovery for these drives is $300.00 flat fee on success. This only applies to drives which are 100% DOA / dark, not spinning and making zero sounds when powered on.
