Recovered data is placed in cold storage (not connected to the internet) until such time it is returned to you.  Subsequently, it is securely wiped from storage in accordance with NIST Special Publication 800-88 Guidelines for Media Sanitization.

Your data will never be released to a third party for any reason, whatsoever, without exception.  Your data belongs to you and will never be released to any person, agency, entity, or otherwise, ever, WITHOUT EXCEPTION. Under no circumstances will this policy ever be altered or circumvented.  Hollywood PC Repair does not examine your recovered data; quality of the recovery is measured by the presence or lack of file integrity as measured by industry standard software and hardware.  At your request, you will have the opportunity to privately examine recovered data to determine your satisfaction with the recovery, prior to payment.

Hollywood PC Repair and Data Recovery does not use cookies beyond navigation of the website (so the website knows what page you have clicked), and does not retain any information whatsoever from persons using this website.  This website does not collect data nor will it request any from you.
